Not in God's Name (NIGN) is a non-profit association based in Vienna, Austria and Berlin, Germany, which is dedicated to the prevention of radicalization and extremism, as well as the promotion of tolerance, equal treatment and understanding between religions and cultures. Together with famous and well-recognized athletes (role models), NIGN works against conflicts and develops a better understanding within the society and helps young people to develop life goals.

The initiative works together with schools and refugee camps. It does not matter what background, culture or religion somebody has, with a goal in life it is possible to achieve anything – so the belief of the founder of NIGN, Dr. Alexander Karakas. Due to the work of successful female and male role models in the area of boxing and MMA - some of them won several national and international prizes in the past and can show young people how relevant it is to focus on the important things - these workshops are not only educational significant but interesting and exciting at the same time.
